Everything went soo well and the food was an absolute hit! I'm not lying when I say that is easily in my top five briskets I've ever had and I've purposely traveled to 4 states for brisket. It's the best in Washington for sure! All the food was phenomenal, I cannot stress that enough!

Hello - Daniel and I hired Bonanza BBQ for our PNW Wedding. We were impressed with their catering options, affordable pricing, and mom & pop feel. They were very professional and communicated with us clearly and even came to the venue to do a vendor walkthrough, which was not required of them. The food was AMAZING - we got so many compliments and our other vendors who enjoyed the food said it was some of the best they had all year at a wedding.
